UAE- Oqood Document OCR API

Introduction

The UAE Oqood OCR API automatically extracts key information from Oqood / Initial Contract of Sale documents issued by the Dubai Land Department. Using OCR and document intelligence techniques, the API identifies and captures contract, property and party-identity fields from the certificate, converting unstructured document data into a structured JSON response.

This API helps organizations digitize real estate transaction workflows, reduce manual data entry, improve operational efficiency, and enable faster KYC, mortgage processing, and property reconciliation workflows.
