MNRL and FRI

The Mobile Number Revocation List is a backend service designed to track and manage the lifecycle events, risk flags, and verification statuses of mobile numbers using official MNRL and FRI APIs provided by the Indian Government's Sanchar Saathi platform. This platform is primarily intended for use by banks, telecom operators, and government agencies to assess mobile number activity and reduce fraud, financial risks, and identity misuse.

disconnectionReason	String	mnrlCheck	The reason the number was disconnected.
dateOfDisconnection	Date (YYYY-MM-DD)	mnrlCheck	Date when the mobile number was disconnected.
incorporationDate	Date (YYYY-MM-DD)	mnrlCheck	Date when the mobile number was reported to C-DOT after deactivation.
mobileNo	String	mnrlCheck	Masked version of the mobile number.
lsa	String	mnrlCheck	Licensed Service Area name.
dateOfReactivation	Date (YYYY-MM-DD)	mnrlCheck	Date when the number was reactivated.
reactivationReason	Integer	mnrlCheck	Internal ID for the reactivation event.
deactivatedDays	String	mnrlCheck	Number of days the number remained deactivated (empty in this response if deactivation date is not present).
friCheck	Object	Output Body	Contains mobile number re-verification and monitoring information.
mobileNo	String	friCheck	Masked mobile number under re-verification.
status	String	friCheck	Status for the FRI.
reason	String	friCheck	Reason for flagging the number.
dateFlagged	Date (YYYY-MM-DD)	friCheck	Date when the mobile number was flagged.
lsa	String	friCheck	Licensed Service Area (LSA).
tspName	String	friCheck	Name of Telecom Service Provider (e.g., RJIL).
sensitivityIndex	String	friCheck	Severity level of the issue flagged (e.g., Medium Severity).
