PUC Center Info API

Overview

This API enables us to retrieve a comprehensive list of Pollution Under Control (PUC) centers across all states. By taking the pincode as input, the API will return crucial details such as the center's name, its address, the types of vehicles supported, and more. This functionality provides multiple benefits for various users such as vehicle owners are easily able to find the nearest PUC centers by simply entering their pincode. This helps them locate the most convenient center to check their vehicle's pollution levels, ensuring they comply with environmental regulations without traveling far.

state	The name of the state where the PUC center is located
office	The name of the RTO office or branch
puccAuthorisedName	The name of the authorized person for the PUC center
pucCenterCompleteAddress	The full address of the PUC center
latitude	The latitude coordinate of the PUC center
longitude	The longitude coordinate of the PUC center
pincode	The postal code of the PUC center
puccCentreCode	The unique code assigned to the PUC center
pucCheckVehicleType	The type of vehicles the PUC center checks (e.g.,diesel,petrol,etc)
distance	The distance of the PUC center from a given pincode.

Status Codes

Code	status	Description
200	Success	The request id was successfully generated.
400	Invalid pincode	The pincode provided is invalid.
404	No PUC center	No PUC center was found for the given pincode.
409	Upstream Error	Error in fetching data from upstream.
500	Internal Server Error	Something is broken. This is usually a temporary error, for example in a high-load situation.or if an endpoint is temporarily having issues. Try again later.
