MMV Master Mapping API (For IIB)

Overview

This API, is designed to provide vehicle variant IDs based on a combination of manufacturer name, model name (which includes both the model and its variant), fuel type, and cubic capacity according to IIB master. By inputting the parameters, users can retrieve specific variant IDs that match their vehicle details. This functionality is particularly useful for automotive industry clients who need to maintain accuracy and continuity in vehicle-related operations, even during downtime of primary data services.

The API consist of one main endpoint

api/v3/mmv/live-search-IIB : The API takes manufacturer name, fuel type, model, cubic capacity as the primary inputs for retriving the mmv IDs, with vehicleClass, grossVehicleWeight and seatingCapacity as other parameters as well for input.

mmvVariantMapping.variantId	A unique identifier assigned to the vehicle variant.
mmvVariantMapping.vehicleClass	Vehicle class defined for the vehicle.
mmvVariantMapping.make	The manufacturer or brand of the vehicle.
mmvVariantMapping.fuelType	The type of fuel that the vehicle uses, such as Diesel or Petrol.
mmvVariantMapping.model	The model name of the vehicle.
mmvVariantMapping.variant	A specific version or configuration of the model.
mmvVariantMapping.cubicCapacity	The engine capacity of the vehicle measured in cubic centimeters.
rtoLocationMapping.grossVehicleWt	Gross vehicle weight of the vehicle.
rtoLocationMapping.seatingCapacity	Seating capacity of the vehicle.
mmvVariantMapping.matchScore	A numeric value (ranging from 0 to 1) indicating the match accuracy.
