Introduction

This innovative tool simplifies acquiring key company documents from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal. It efficiently provides the Articles of Association (AOA), Memorandum of Association (MOA), and Certificate of Incorporation (COI) in a convenient PDF format. Requiring just the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) for input, this API eliminates the manual effort involved in sourcing these documents, offering a significant time-saving advantage for users. This is an orchestrated API, that tries to fulfill the request instantly for the requested documents. In case the documents are not available at the source, instantly, they are fetched in real time via MCA

Typically, if request is not fulfilled instantly, fetching data from the MCA takes 4-6 hours within its working hours (9 AM to 5:30 PM). This time might be affected as per MCA website availability. However, if data is requested outside these hours, or shortly before closing, it will be available on the following working day.
