FSSAI Premium Verification API

Brief

The FSSAI Premium Verification API is a Signzy endpoint that validates a 14-digit FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) license number and returns the full registration record associated with it.

Given just a license number, it responds with the registered entity's name, owner, license type, issue and expiry dates, complete and parsed premises address, and the list of food product categories the entity is authorized to handle. It's typically used for KYB (Know Your Business) checks, vendor onboarding, and compliance verification of food businesses in India - letting platforms confirm in real time that a merchant holds a valid, active FSSAI license before allowing them to transact.
