Introduction

The Verification API is used to verify the pan card details such as Name, Pan number with the government recorded Data.

How to call the API

You will need to login before sending the request. You are required to pass the access token received from the login call, as authorization header in the Verification API request.

Verification Result Scenarios

Verification completed with positive result. - When PAN Number and Name perfectly matches with the Government recorded data.
Verification completed with negative result. - when PAN Number and Name doesnot match with the Government recorded data.
PAN not found.
- The PAN Number is wrong.
- The PAN Number is not found in our database.

API Input Guidelines

Card details should be manually validated, preferably by the card owner, before sending it for verification.For verification of pan card details, card number and name on card are mandatory.

essentials.number	PAN number
essentials.name	Name of PAN Card holder
essentials.fuzzy	strings that match a pattern approximately. identifies similar, but not identical elements in data table sets.
id	Unique user id
patronId	Unique patronId
task	The type of task performed - “verification”
result	Contains the result optained on hitting API
result.verified	Status of verification (i.e. It is either true or false)
result.message	It is the message displayed corresponding to the verificatioon status
result.upstreamName	Name of the upstream
