UAE Trade License Verification Prefill Async API is an essential tool for businesses involved in transactions with entities based in the UAE. It allows users to validate the legitimacy of a company's trade license status, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting transparency in business transactions using either of Licence Number or Business Name.
Signzy has streamlined the verification of trade licenses by automating the process of visiting the National Economic Register (NER) through an API, utilizing its partner to facilitate this automation. The API serves several purposes, including:
- Compliance: By verifying the trade license, businesses can ensure adherence to domestic and international tax regulations and laws. This helps prevent tax evasion and supports compliance with financial obligations imposed by governments and tax authorities globally.

The UAE Trade License is an official authorization granted to entities by the relevant government authorities in the UAE. Coverage: Trade license coverage is based on NER's database. Signzy does not manipulate or maintain its own database.
API Details
API Endpoints
The API consists of two main endpoints:
- /api/v3/uae/trade-license-verification-number-async-fetch-data: This endpoint is used to initiate a request for trade license information using the provided data & callback url.
- /api/v3/uae/trade-license-verification-number-async-get-data: This endpoint is used to fetch the requested information using the requestId received in the response of the initiate request.
API Details
You must first login before sending the request. The authorization header in the request must include the access token obtained from the login API call.

With this API, users can effortlessly access the requested identity information associated with a specific requestId, obtained from the Async API's response.
