UAE POA

A Power of Attorney (POA) is a formal legal document that grants one party (the agent or attorney-in-fact) the authority to act on behalf of another (the principal). In the UAE, POAs are commonly used in both corporate and personal contexts and are legally binding when notarized by official UAE authorities.

A UAE POA document typically includes:

Full name and details of the principal (individual or entity granting authority)

Name, nationality, and ID details of the authorized representative

Type and scope of the authority granted (e.g., management, signing rights, legal representation)

Valid ID documents like Emirates ID, passport, or company license

Designation or official title of the representative
